WHAT ARE CLARITY ENHANCED DIAMONDS?
'Clarity Enhanced Diamonds' are natural diamonds which undergo a process to improve the purity and brilliance of the diamond, without changing its composition.
These diamonds can be accompanied by AIG certificates, Antwerp International Gemological Laboratories and are always clearly marked as ‘clarity enhanced’ on all invoices and parcel papers.

THE PROCESS
State-of-the-art technology that optically transforms imperfections.
Inclusion of a certain type is boiled under high temperature in water & silicone.
The silicone sets into the inclusion which results in modifying the imperfection.
Process can only be seen under a scope as a faint or strong neon colour where the inclusion was.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
These are the things that could affect the enhancement of your diamond...
Direct exposure to open flame.
Direct exposure to boiling acid or ammonia bases.
Re-polishing your diamond.
In the unlikely event that this should occur, the enhancement can be restored at no charge at any time.
Jewellers and setters should always be made aware of a diamond being clarity enhanced so the heat is shielded when setting.
